Our Ferienahus Arno's Hoamat is suitable for up to 15 people (cot available on request). Only 1,500 m away from the Giggijochbahn ski lift in Sölden, our holiday home offers you a fully furnished chalet with a terrace (barbecue possibility in summer). The ski bus stops approx. 50 m away.
Our house has 4 double rooms with shower/toilet, one double room with bath and toilet across from the room and 3 single rooms with shower/toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer, oven and a stove with 4 ceramic hobs, etc
The living/dining area has cable TV. A barbecue area and garden furniture are available on the summer terrace. Outside the house there is a locked room for ski storage. Ski boot dryer in the house. The next cross-country ski run is 50 meters away. Restaurants, bars and shops are only 1.5 km away in the center of Sölden.

The minimum length of stay is three days. If you want to book less than three days with us, this depends on the period and occupancy inquiry possible.
The local tax is € 3.50 (€ 4.00 from October 2023) per person and day and is to be paid directly on site. Children and young people up to the age of 15 are free.
The final cleaning is already included in the price. We ask you to clean the kitchenette, wash and put away the dishes, remove the remaining food and all rubbish.
At check-in we charge a deposit of € 150.00 in cash.
We offer you the following payment options: cash payment or payment by bank transfer.
Arrival is possible from 3 p.m. If you arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m.
Unfortunately, out of consideration for all our guests, we cannot allow pets. We ask for your understanding.
Smoking is not allowed in our apartments. Smoking is of course allowed outside. This also applies to the spacious balconies of our apartments.
We are an Aqua Dome partner company and offer you -10% on your ticket in the Aqua Dome, the Tirol Therme Längenfeld.
