Our Apart Alessandro is suitable for up to 8 people (cot available on request). The Tirol Therme Längenfeld – Aqua Dome Längenfeld can be reached by car in about 5 minutes.
We are partners of the Aqua Dome, ie 10 % discount on the entrance fee. Bakery, grocery store and inns are in the immediate vicinity of our apartment. The bus stops (free ski bus to the Skiarena Sölden in winter) are only a few minutes' walk from our apartment.
Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Sufficient space, lots of light, the cozy modern furnishings and the fantastic view through the windows make your holiday with us in the Ötztal an unforgettable experience. Make yourself at home - you are very welcome.

The minimum length of stay is three days. If you want to book less than three days with us, this depends on the period and occupancy inquiry possible.

At check-in we charge a deposit of € 150.00 in cash.

Arrival is possible from 3 p.m. If you arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m.
